Most church software is one thing. This is a website, a member app and the tools to run both, sharing one set of information, which is why adding an event once is enough.
Three places people meet your church
Your public website. What a stranger finds. Service times, what to expect, upcoming events, sermons, a way to give. It updates itself as you work, because it is built from the same events, groups and sermons your staff already manage.
The app, in a browser. Where staff run things and members do things. Same address, different views: a staff member sees management tools, a member sees their groups, their giving, their volunteer slots.
The phone app. Members only, and live on both iPhone and Android. See Get the app on your phone.
One set of information
This is the whole idea. Publish a sermon and it lands in your website's library, your members' app, and your podcast feed. Create an event and it shows on your calendar, on the group's page if it belongs to one, and in the reminders.
Nothing is entered twice, which also means nothing is updated twice. Most church websites are stale because updating them is a separate chore from doing the thing.
What to set up, in order
Not everything at once. This order works because each step makes the next useful:
- The basics: name, logo, colours, service times, contact details. The setup wizard walks you through it.
- Your website: the home page, then an About page. Look at it as a stranger before moving on.
- Real content: one event and one sermon. A site with nothing on it does not demonstrate anything, to you or to a visitor.
- A few people: invite two or three staff before the congregation. They will find the confusing parts.
- Giving, when you are ready. It needs a paid plan and a bank connection, and is worth its own afternoon.
Skipping to step five is the common mistake. Giving works better once there is a church site worth giving to.
What it costs, briefly
Free up to ten active accounts, with everything included except online giving, online event payments, AI assistants, YouTube auto-import, automatic live-stream alerts and WorshipBoard sync. Above that the price is set by how many people actually use it, not by which features you unlock. Details in How pricing works.
Where to get help
The Help link in the sidebar is this library. If you cannot find something here, the Feedback link goes straight to us. It is read by the person who builds this, not a queue.
