An “active account” is an approved member or staff user — pending sign-ups don't count, archived accounts don't count. Bracket changes happen the moment your active count crosses a boundary; you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle.

Online giving is the only feature gated to paid brackets — every paid plan includes it. Everything else is included free up to 10 active accounts.

What churches ask us
Yes — free up to 10 active accounts, with no time limit and no credit card. An active account is an approved member or staff user; pending sign-ups and archived accounts don't count toward it.
Only online giving. Every other feature — the website builder, custom domain, member portal, groups, events, sermons, blog, and volunteer scheduling — is included at every level, including free.
Your bracket is recalculated when your active-account count crosses a boundary, and the new price takes effect at your next monthly renewal. Nothing is switched off mid-cycle.
No. Your church pays Stripe's standard processing rate and nothing on top of it. Many giving platforms add a further 0.5–2% to every donation; we don't.
Yes, on every plan including free. Connect a domain you already own with a simple DNS change — there's no upsell for it.
