What Planning Center offers
Planning Center is a set of separate church management products, including People, Services, Check-Ins, Registrations, Groups, Calendar, Publishing and Giving.
Members use Church Center, its app and web experience.
Each product has its own monthly plan, so a church pays for the products it uses.
What EasyChurchApp includes
- A church website you edit yourself, on your own domain on every plan, including free.
- The EasyChurchApp member app on iPhone and Android, and in any web browser.
- Online giving on paid plans. Your church pays Stripe's processing fee and EasyChurchApp adds no platform fee.
- Groups, events and registration, sermons with a podcast feed, volunteers, prayer and service planning.
- The WorshipBoard presentation app, free to download. Syncing your songs and service plans to it is on paid plans.
- Free for up to 10 active accounts. Paid plans start at $29 a month for up to 100, with prices published for churches up to 1,000.
Switching from Planning Center to EasyChurchApp
You can import people and giving history from a CSV file, and imported gifts appear in year-end statements straight away. Addresses don't import yet, so keep your old export for those.
