Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to More → Profile (tap your church name at the top) and scroll to “Delete account.” A 30-day grace period lets you cancel by signing back in before deletion is finalized.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password”and we’ll email you a reset link.
How do I join my church?
Your church admin will share a join link or QR code. Tap the link (or scan the code from inside the app) to join your church.
How do I switch between churches?
If you belong to multiple churches, sign out and sign back in — you’ll be prompted to choose which church to enter.
How do giving / donations work?
Donations are processed securely by Stripe and go directly to your church. EasyChurchApp never takes a cut.
